July 17th, 1997 a New Chapter of LATIN WORLD CAR CLUB was founded in Phoenix, Arizona which stands today as the third chapter of Latin World Car Club. After receiving the ok from Hector Perez of LATIN WORLD C.C. LOS ANGELES (Original Chapter) it was time to move forward. George Monge-Rivas who began with LATIN WORLD C.C. LOS ANGELES was anxious to bring the club to Phoenix Az.

LATIN WORLD CAR CLUB LOS ANGELES was founded on November 14, 1982 in the streets of Los Angeles, California. The founder & Original President is "Tony Gomez" and is also currently it's President. Meetings were held @ LYNWOOD CAR WASH during the 1980's not only a meeting spot for L.W.C.C. but a hang out spot for numerous Car Clubs sometimes Wednesday-Sunday at times people refered to everyone from a car club at the Car Wash as the LYNWOOD PARTY ANIMALS those were some great times.
